Pat Diaz has been in private aviation for more than 14 years. He founded Dynamic Jet Charter in 2015 with a focused vision: a boutique firm that treats every client relationship as a long-term partnership, not a transaction. A University of Colorado graduate with a background in aviation sales and operations, Pat brings firsthand industry expertise to every charter, Jet Card program, and acquisition he manages.

Coty Cole joined the aviation industry in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of operations management experience from the mortgage industry. She manages client communications, itinerary coordination, and the details that make every flight seamless. Coty’s background in high-volume operations means nothing gets missed — and her clients know it.
